Job Description
• Customer Service & Styling: Greet shoppers, offer styling advice, and help customers find the right sizes or outfits.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Keep the store clean, fold and organize merchandise, restock empty shelves, and maintain visual standards.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Operate the cash register for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Omni-Channel Fulfillment: Handle online and in-store orders, including in-store pickups, ship-from-store requests, and "Save the Sale" transactions.
• Brand Image: Embody Hollister's laid-back, friendly culture and engage naturally with customers
We are ONLY hiring seasonal employees that will be available for the holidays. It is REQUIRED to work Thanksgiving week through New Year.
