Job Description
Hollister is hiring seasonal Brand Representatives for the holiday season. If you enjoy helping people find outfits they love and want to work in a friendly, laid-back environment, we’d like to meet you.
Availability requirement
This is a seasonal position only. You must be available to work Thanksgiving week through New Year’s.
What you’ll do
Customer service and styling: Greet shoppers, offer styling advice, and help customers find the right sizes and outfits.
Sales floor care: Keep the store clean, fold and organize merchandise, restock shelves, and maintain visual standards.
Cash wrap: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Omni-channel fulfillment: Handle online and in-store orders, including in-store pickups, ship-from-store requests, and “Save the Sale” transactions.
Brand image: Bring Hollister’s relaxed, friendly culture to every customer interaction.
