SOUTH PLAINS MALL MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A Manager-on-Duty is available on call during weekends. If the office is closed, please visit Guest Services to contact a member of the management team.



STROLLER RENTAL

Strollers are available for rental at several SmartCarte units in the center:  in the main entrance hallway (single & double strollers); in the hallway next to Women's Dillard's (single units); at the north mall entrance next to Bonnett Pets (single units); and near the south mall entrance, outside of JC Penney. 



U.S. POSTAL SERVICE CENTER

The Post Office is located between Sears and Bealls, near the Southwest entrance to the Mall. The Center offers the full range of services provided by the U.S. Postal Service. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday - Friday, and 10 a.m. to Noon Saturdays.  The Post Office is closed during lunch hours.  To check open times, call the office at 795.7355.



SOUTH PLAINS MALL SECURITY TEAM

Our security team is comprised of a combination of full time security guards and part time off-duty state-certified peace officers. Security monitors the center 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and enforces our code of conduct so everyone can enjoy their shopping experience. Please call on them whenever you need assistance. During mall business hours, Guest Services will contact Security for you. Or you may contact them at any time at (806) 792-0729.
